Eligibility for Refund

• Refunds are available only for damaged, defective, or wrong items received.
• The request must be raised within 3 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags and labels intact.

Non-Refundable Items

• Made-to-order items, such as customized silver jewelry.
• Items bought under final sale, discount offers, or special promotions unless damaged or wrong item is received.

Refund Process

• Request a Refund:
  Email us at support@yaathi.in within 3 days of receiving the item. Please include:

• • • A brief description of the issue

    • Clear photos of the product

• Approval Timeframe:
  Our team will verify your claim and respond with an approval or rejection within 2–3 business days.

• Return Shipping:
  If the request is approved, you will be asked to ship the item back to us. The return shipping cost is ₹70, which will be borne by the customer.

• Inspection Timeline:
  Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected within 2–3 business days.

• Refund Timeline:
  If the returned product passes our quality check, the refund will be processed within 3 business days and credited to your original payment method within 4 business days.

Shipping Charges

• Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
