Exchange Policy

At Yaathi, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’re happy to offer an exchange.

Eligibility for Exchange:

• Exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of receiving the product.

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Only manufacturing defects or wrong items delivered are eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process:

1. Contact our customer support at support@yaathi.in  within 3 days of delivery with your order number and issue description.

2. Our team will review the request in 1 - 2 Business days and  arrange for reverse pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

3. Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it with in 2 - 3 Business Days.

Replacement Delivery Timeline:

• Once the returned product passes our quality check, the replacement product will be shipped within 2–3 business days.

• After shipping, the replacement item will be delivered within 5 – 7 business days.

• Total delivery time for replacement items is 9–12 business days from the date we receive the returned product. 

Shipping Charges:

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges, which is a flat fee of ₹70.

• Exchange shipping (resending the new item) is free for the first-time exchange.
